Kyle Bohannon is a senior advisor to Legacy Ventures and advises the firm on prospective and active investments. Kyle is Chief Executive Officer of Enhance Therapies. He has held numerous leadership positions in private equity-backed companies, with responsibilities including operations, finance, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Previously, Kyle served as President & Chief Executive Officer of American Vision Partners and President & Chief Executive Officer of FastMed Urgent Care, which expanded from nine to 110+ clinics in just six years. Kyle spent multiple years in the private equity industry with HarbourVest Partners in both the United States and Europe. He began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley, where he focused on both mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Kyle is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors of Great Hearts Academy and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Amanda Hope Rainbow Angels organization.
